Roommeld (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “We”) provides the following guidelines regarding order cancellations to help you understand the conditions and procedures.

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

  • Orders placed within 48 hours and not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation and can be processed directly.

  • Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled directly. In such cases, you may request a return and refund after the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Order Cancellation Process
