Roommeld (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “We”) aims to provide clear shipping guidelines for your order. These terms outline the delivery coverage, fees, processing and shipping times, as well as related responsibilities and precautions.
Our delivery service is available within Australia only. We do not currently support shipping to other countries or regions. Please ensure your delivery address is within Australia before placing an order.
Orders with a total of AUD 50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under AUD 50 will incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 3.99.
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout and included in the total order price.
Our service hours are 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (GMT).
Orders placed and paid before 6:30 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, during which we will verify order details, prepare items, and arrange shipment.
Please note that shipping time begins once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from the date of dispatch.
Actual delivery may be affected by weather, logistics conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

Carrier selection depends on service availability and destination. We will choose the most suitable method to ensure delivery.

You can track your order in real time on our website’s “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.
We will assist in resolving issues in case of damage or loss during shipping, but some factors may be beyond our control.
Delivery changes, cancellations, or delays may affect the estimated arrival time.
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
