4. Exchange Process

Contact us to request an exchange, submitting your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and necessary photos or videos.

Once approved, we will provide the return address.

Send the product to the specified address and wait for receipt confirmation.

After verification, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Process
